10. Hydropower is one of the oldest power sources on the planet, generating power when flowing water spins a wheel or turbine. It was used by farmers as far back as ancient Greece for mechanical tasks like grinding grain. Hydropower is also a renewable energy source and produces no air pollution or toxic byproducts. When most people think of hydropower, they imagine the Hoover Dam -- a huge facility storing the power of an entire river behind its walls -- but hydropower facilities can be tiny too, taking advantage of water flows in municipal water facilities or irrigation ditches. Let us hope Cental Governament will intiate legal and constitutional measures soon to form Telangana State and let us hope once again that  Congress will not back track on its decision and this  will not be a  political gimmick .Now what led the Congress Party to take a decision in favour of  Telangana  State. Is it Y.S Jagan factor in the Seemandra region? or is it  diminishing hope of getting seats in next general elections to gain power at central. I think both and many other reasons may led the Congress Party to take favourable decision. Congress will always find options  to get seats and form government at central level. Anyhow it is the victory of Telangana People,especially youth who sacrified theirlives for Telangana cause, and people celebrate the occasion.
